Return & Exchange Policy

At Dhills, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Time Frame: You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
• Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed. If possible with tags attached.
• Non-returnable Items: Gift cards and custom pieces are final sale.
• Process: To initiate a return, email us at [return@dhillswear.com] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
